The collaboration of Stratasys and Kor Ecologic led to the creation of a new green vehicle called Urbee.
The eco-friendly car is the world's first vehicle that was 3D printed. To create the body of this hybrid model, a device printed layers of a special material on top of each other.
This is not for the first time that 3D printing has been used. For instance Boeing 3D-printed some parts for its airplanes. However, Urbee is the first to have its full body 3D printed.
